Kids Body Blast - Monday 5.30pm - 6.15pm

A fast and energetic class great for keeping fit. A mix of aerobic, agility and stretching exercises aimed at boys and girls age 8+ yrs.

Salsa Fit - Monday 7.00pm - 7.45pm

Simple and straightforward Salsa style moves to Latino music. Have fun whilst getting fit. Suitable for all abilities as the instructor will help tailor the exercises to suit your fitness level.

The Ultimate POP Workout - Monday 7.45pm - 8.30pm

This class is suitable for people of all levels and abilities. It is a challenging workout designed to improve your CV fitness and body shape by using a variety of equipment and circuit training followed by an intense abs session.

Zumba - Monday 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Zumba dancing is best described as a fun, joyful Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music. Zumba applies dance moves from Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba, Mambo, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggatone and of course Hip Hop. I guarantee you — you will have tons of fun.

Hour of Power

Imagine a fitness class that combined the mental focus and breathing of Yoga, the core muscle development of Pilates, the high-energy fat-burning of Aerobics, and the muscle conditioning of resistance-training…you are imagining the Hour of Power.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is challenging yet safe exercise that promotes a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility. It also increases strength and endurance, improves balance and co-ordination, all without producing over developed or bulky muscles. NO WONDER IT IS THE FAVOURITE EXERCISE OF MOVIE STARS AND IS BACKED BY LEADING GP’s, PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, CHIROPRACTORS, OSTEOPATHS AND SPORTS PHYSICIANS.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. There are many styles of Hatha Yoga. Some use a specific series of postures; others use a flow of movements, while some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. All styles of Hatha Yoga, however, encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs Bums and Tums is a conditioning workout that targets those problem areas. The class combines aerobic work to burn calories and moves to tone and firm your bum, tum and legs. All you need is an exercise mat (provided) and some water.

Total Body Blast

Total Body Blast is an aerobic and body weight based class which targets your whole body. Suitable for all fitness levels - just workout to whatever level suits you! You only need an exercise mat (which will be provided) and some water so come along, bring your friends and incinerate fat!
